For this assignment you will revisit the computer system used in Module/Week 1 Assignment 1.
Provide all of the following (If a question does not apply note that and include why it does not apply. Hint: Do not note that the system does not have antivirus as we have taken the time to cover that in the discussion and there is quality, free antivirus software available in your app store):

How do you access the Internet? Is the access secure? How do you know? How fast is your access?
Do you ever use Wi-Fi when out and about? How can you protect yourself from sniffers or man-in-the-middle attacks?
What Internet browser do you use? Is it up-to-date? Does it have known vulnerabilities? If so, what? If not, how can you be sure?
Look up and verify if your system or any parts thereof have issues/ known vulnerabilities/ known exploits? If so, list 3 and what can be done to correct or minimize those threats. This can include issues with the system hardware, operating system, applications, web browser, or any installed or peripheral devices you may use.
How would you identify if someone access your system wirelessly?
What Protocols are available in your system? What protocols are in your system’s active stack? Can you limit the protocols that are available? (The answer is yes! Figure out how!)
What ports are open on your system? Can you limit the ports that are open on your system? (Yes! There are several – pick one and include it here. If you do not know one research how to do that!)
Do you have a webcam on your system? Is it on? How can you be sure it is off? What can you do to be sure no one is watching you?
What about the audio system of your computer? Is there a microphone that is on? How do you turn it off?
Run Task Manager. Identify 3 tasks and research what each does. What resources does it require (memory, processing, etc.)? Is it something good or necessary for your system? How do you disable it if it is hazardous to the system?
Name at least 3 primary applications you use. This can include items like Office Suite 2019 (do not list the separate programs – it is a suite and it counts as one item). Is the patching of each one up-to-date? How do you know? What can you do if you need to update your patching?
